required to complete this form includes:
- Property costs (loan amount and other fees)
- Employment details (all applcants, for last 2 years)
- Current asset and liabilities information
- Income (all sources for all applicants)
- Any existing security property details
- Solicitor and accountant details in relevant
Please note that this application will not be lodged with any prospective
institution without your written consent. The information provided in this
application will be used by our loan specialists to assess the suitability
